Here’s what Kourtney Kardashian eats everyday that helps her keep her amazing body

In the vein of those super-popular "What I Eat in a Day" YouTube videos, 38-year-old mother of three Kourtney Kardashian has shared everything she eats on a daily basis on her app, and it's kind of unbelievable. With the exception of regular doses of apple cider vinegar, her diet would probably be unattainable for most people.

Kourtney revealed on the latest episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians that she's just 5'1" and 97 pounds, which puts her in the slightly underweight category and now we totally see why. Between the intense workouts we see her doing on the show and social media, and her strict diet, she's bound to stay thin.

Her diet seems extreme, but healthy.

Kourtney's diet definitely seems high on cost and low on calories, but overall she does eat a variety of nutritious foods and healthy fats, in addition to pretty much every trendy supplement out there.

She starts her day with collagen supplements followed up with a glass of water mixed with a tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar.

And then come more supplements.

Before she even eats breakfast, Kourtney loads up on more supplements. She has a vegan probiotic shot and avocado pudding infused with E3Live blue-green algae, bone broth protein powder and MCT oil. Sounds like a list of captions from the top Instagram nutrition and fitness bloggers.

Finally, breakfast!

After her workout, Kourtney says she usually has a bowl of homemade oatmeal with fruit and some seeds or bee pollen and sometimes honey for breakfast. Oatmeal is totally attainable, but she's not talking about the instant kind. Only stovetop will do.

She's not a vegetarian though.

Though Kourtney's diet is undeniably regimented, it doesn't seem overly restrictive. It's mostly plant-based, but she says she usually eats salad with chicken or fish for lunch. I bet the animal protein helps give her energy for her intense workouts. Of course, she dresses them with homemade vinegar-based dressings.

Then in the afternoon she'll munch on avocado hummus, veggies, fruit and raw almonds if she's hungry.

She has more apple cider vinegar and supplements before dinner.

Before eating dinner, Kourtney has another glass of water with organic apple cider vinegar along with another probiotic shot. It's believed that drinking apple cider vinegar before meals helps burn fat and reduce bloat. Kourt's tummy is flat as a board, so maybe it really does work.

Kourtney also talks often about her mostly gluten-free diet, which probably helps with the bloat situation also.

Soup for dinner!

Kourtney says she usually eats simple, homemade vegetable-based soups or turkey chili for dinner, followed by chia seed pudding if she's in the mood for something sweet.

Treat yo' self.

A healthy lifestyle is all about moderation, right? Kourtney's in the business of looking good, but that doesn't mean she deprives herself all the time. She is on occasion seen munching on chips or pastries or even ice cream, because as she says, "you have to live your life!"
