Unlike regular tattoos, tooth tattoos are something you would go to your dentist for and they don't put them on your healthy happy teeth. Tooth tattoos are for people who need a dental crown. Let's say you need a root canal or 30. The dentist takes a mold of your tooth so that a lab can create a crown that will later be fitted in your lovely mouth. Well, the lab can also add any image of your choice to the crown for an added cost.
I'm sorry, but if I came across someone with a tooth tattoo I would forever be thinking that they have some kind of food stuck in their tooth. It would drive me crazy and I might not ever be able to share a meal with them because it would be too distracting.
