Unexpected 2 lb baby shocks own mom as she gives birth on front lawn! (VIDEO)

A 21-year-old woman from Barnegat Township, New Jersey recently gave birth to a teeny tiny 2 pound baby boy. The craziest part? What happened next, though, is even more shocking than the fact she didn't even know she was pregnant!

The woman, who has not yet been identified, was actually on her way to the hospital believing she was suffering from stomach problems. But once she hit her front yard, she started to give birth. Luckily Barnegat Township police officers, Vinnie Damiano and Michael Moore were able to rush over just on time to help revive the two pound unresponsive baby who was apparently three months premature. They found the infant laying on the grass and were unable to feel a pulse, so they began to delicately perform CPR on him. The baby was then revived and was later rushed to the hospital with his mother.

I can't even tell you how I would have reacted had this situation happened to me. This woman had no clue she was pregnant and then suddenly goes into labor, and doesn't even have time to get to a hospital, only to discover that her tiny son wasn't breathing. I can't imagine anything more surprising and frightening.

The baby's father spoke to NBC10 Philadelphia and confirmed that the baby weighed only two pounds and that child and his wife were doing okay. He also expressed his gratitude for the two police officers who saved his son.

This baby is a miracle, for sure. What are the chances of a baby surviving under those circumstances? But we have to give thanks to the real heroes behind this heartwarming story, police officers Vinnie Damiano and Michael Moore. If it wasn't for them this baby probably wouldn't have made it alive. So inspiring!
