Without a doubt, kale has to be my new favorite ingredient. After all, it's a natural weight loss food that can be served and enjoyed in so many different ways. I love this particular smoothie recipe because, paired with blueberries and pinneaple, it bring kale to new levels. Plus, during these cooler months, there are fewer vegetable choices but kale is predominant along with other dark, leafy greens.
And finally, because I'm always looking for a new way to fight belly fat, any sweet concuction that will help me out in that department is a welcomed addition to my daily menu. So prepare it today and drink up! I promise, you won't regret it!

1 cup of vanilla non fat Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon of almond butter
1/2 cup of pinapple (fresh or frozen)
1/3 cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
5 or 6 mint leaves
1 cup of fresh kale
1 cup of ice cubes
Directions:
Add all ingredients, except for the ice cubes, to a blender and pulse until smooth. Add ice cubes and blend until smoothie consistency is achieved.
