Easy garlic shrimp recipe that only has 4 ingredients

These garlic shrimp, or en español, camarones al ajillo, are a classic of Spanish cuisine that all of us Latinos have inherited. They're as delicious as they are easy to prepare. The only "defect" this dish has is that you have to fry the shrimp in olive oil, but that's exactly what makes them so irresistible.

To make:
1. In a deep frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat.

4. Fry until the met starts to get white and pink. Flip the shrimp or langostinos and continue frying.

5. Add salt and stir.
