According to the site Block Shopper, which focuses on real estate news, Kate del Castillo bought her house in Brentwood, an exclusive Los Angeles neighboorhood in May 2010.

According to official records, she purchased the home from ex-husband and telenovela actor Aaron Díaz, and as many people do for tax purposes, the title belongs to a trust named Never Now.
