Jennifer Lopez shares her delicious ceviche recipe that will help you lose weight!

It's no secret that Jennifer Lopez is super disciplined about her diet. She doesn't indulge in fast food or greasy chips, but that doesn't mean she restricts herself from satisfying dishes and smoothies. One of her favorite dishes is a refreshing sea bass ceviche recipe that's filling, nutritious and super yummy. I don't know about you, but I'm constantly looking for new ceviche recipes to try out in the summertime. This one is super easy to prepare, includes accessible ingredients and requires plenty of cilantro, which I love! As part of J.Lo's Body Lab challenge, the Boricua pop star considers this one of her go-to meals. This ceviche isn't spicy like some traditional versions and includes green apple for added crunch and nutrition. Coming in at just 23 calories per serving, you don't have to feel guilty about enjoying a hefty bowlful! What's not to love about that? 

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound sea bass (cubed small)
  • 1 cup Choclo corn kernels (cooked)
  • 1/2 cup Green Apple 
  • 1 tablespoon red onion (chopped)
  • 2 limes (zest and juice)
  • 1/2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chives 
  • 1 tablespoon plum (Roma) tomato (seeds removed, diced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 
  • 1 cup Cilantro reserve and toss in before serving

Instructions: 

Chop the seafood into small bite- size pieces. In a large mixing bowl, combine ingredients; mix well. Place in plastic container and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving
