When J.Lo shares her secret weight loss smoothie recipe, you listen. This "Berry Berry Good Smoothie" is rich in protein, fiber and helps boost your metabolism. In a blender, mix together three cups of strawberries, one cup of blueberries, one cup of raspberries, one cup of Greek yogurt, one teaspoon of cinnamon, two teaspoons of honey, one scoop of BodyLab's vanilla shake mix and ice.
