1. Fish: If you aren't pregnant, this is the best side dish to scan for during Thanksgiving supper. While turkey is delicious and nutritious, foods rich in omega-3s are proven to fight aging and have amazing skin benefits. Besides giving you a healthy natural glow, eating fish can also reduce inflammation by almost 40 percent. Dietitian Manuel Villacorta explains, "What you eat makes a huge difference in how you age and how you feel." Try serving yourself up some trout, salmon or tuna. If you aren't able to feast on fish during Thanksgiving then be sure to keep it in mind for the upcoming holidays.

2. Olive oil: This one is probably one of the simplest ingredients on the list since it's a daily cooking agent. There are several recipes for natural face serums using olive oil, but simply eating it can also help you fight the battle against wrinkles. The secret is the polyphenols included in olive oil, which are strong antioxidants to prevent aging. Whether you rub it on your skin, take a shot of it or eat it–it's all good.

3. Beets: The wine-colored vegetable is insanely good for your body, but it also promotes skin benefits that people rarely associate with it. The root veggie is filled with folates and antioxidants that help prevent wrinkles by 60 percent. Drinking a cup of beet juice a day is the best way to go, but eating it roasted or boiled also does the trick.

4. Cranberries: The sweet and tart fruit is known for more than helping prevent UTIs. Cranberries are known for helping promote good memory and restoring damaged skin cells. Cranberry sauce is actually filled with plenty of antioxidants that help protect against skin disorders and helps prevent wrinkles from forming.

5. Green beans: Leafy greens are often called out for their amazing skin benefits, but the green bean should also be added to the mix. Green beans are packed with vitamin C and mineral silicon, which helps repair skin cells and keeps your face vibrantly youthful. Blanched green beans with a little bit of butter and salt is the way to go here. You probably won't get the same level of benefits from eating a green bean casserole.

6. Wine: What's a holiday dinner without a little bit of vino? Thankfully you don't have to feel bad about starting happy hour early at your house. Red wine includes a compound known as resveratrol, which slows down the process of cells breaking down and aging. That's something to be grateful for!
