Cinnamon
Cinnamon is an antioxidant that helps to absorb sugar in the blood. If you have diabetes and sugar problems, you should consume a lot of cinammon. Drink it in teas, as a natural sweetener and to make sauces. It also helps with digestion.

Cloves are the main ingredient in many home remedies but they are also known to relieve problems in the mouth. For instance, cloves are ideal for toothaches, healing sores and to relieve a sore throat.
Star Aniseed
It’s been used in Chinese medicine for centuries to heal respiratory and digestive problems. Star Aniseed has properties that help fight infection-causing bacteria and fungi. It's also sold in the form of oil and has a very relaxing aroma.
Turmeric

It’s an antioxidant whose properties are ideal for relieving colon problems. It’s a natural antibacterial and helps clean intestines and eliminates bacteria. Cumin is also ideal to soothe hemorrhoids and make you go to the bathroom. Take a tablespoon of cumin with a glass of water and a little bit of honey when you're constipated.

Nutmeg
It’s an antioxidant that is rich in potassium. Potassium is good for relieving respiratory and digestive problems. They were used in bioenergetics medicine for years to alleviate circulation problems and urinary infections. Eat it raw in juices, sauces or salads to see the results.
Saffron
