Green smoothie for your flattest belly EVER!

Drinking smoothies lets me enjoy veggies and fruits that I wouldn't normally have often, like spinach or kale. Consuming something wholesome with no sugar and not processed makes me feel great–it's amazing to know you're doing something for you, for your well-being and for your health!

I think there's something a bit self-centered about batidos, right? I make them only for me … that is, until I tried this AMAZING green smoothie that everyone in my house loved. It's a true liquid salad, made from fruits, spinach and kale (or any green veggie you have on hand), which give it that bright green color.

To sweeten things up a bit, I used a dab of agave nectar. And let me tell you, this batido was rockin–my kids gobbled it up as did their friends. It's a true home-run of fiber and vitamins that will keep them full and will help you achieve that flat belly you've always wanted!

__Green fruit & spinach smoothie
__

Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups of peeled and chopped pineapple
2 oranges, peeled and quartered
1 banana, peeled and cut into 4 pieces
2 lemon or lime wedges
2 cups of spinach leaves
2-3 tablespoons of agave nectar
Ice
3/4 cup of water

Preparation:

1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

2. Serve in 4 tall glasses and ENJOY!
