Mexican Layered Bean Casserole

Ingredients

2 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced on a diagonal
Salt to taste
One can of pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup fresh salsa
1 tablespoon fresh whole oregano leaves
Six 6-inch corn tortillas, halved
1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
2 tablespoons fresh coriander
