If you love ice cream sandwiches (and who doesn't?), then you're going to love this latest news. A place called Churro Borough in Los Angeles has brought to life–wait for it–churro ice cream sandwiches. Yes, it sounds like a foodie's heavenly dessert come true!
The brains behind this super sweet creation is Sylvia Yoo, the owner of the churro joint. If you'd like to get your hands on these keep reading to find out how!

Yoo says when she moved to L.A. and saw a variety of ice cream shops pop up knew she wanted to have her own, but with a twist to it. She was already experienced having worked in the pastry and ice cream industry and wanted to run a business that combined both of her loves.
The three ice cream flavors available for the sandwiches are Mexican hot chocolate, vanilla custard and Spanish latte. In addition, seasonal flavors are available in panna cotta, orange creamsicle and peach cobbler. The churros themselves are wrapped into round flattened out pastries to resemble an ice cream sandwich cookie.
Yoo will be bringing her treats around to the L.A. Street Food Festival at the end of this month and there will be pop up shops throughout California. So if you're in the area DEFINITELY make sure to try these out!
It was only a matter of time until a treat this delicious was made. I haven't had a churro in ages, but I would make the exception for this creamy and crunchy dessert. Just looking at the drool worthy pictures makes me crave one. Maybe I'll take a trip to L.A. soon (read: NOW!) and make this my first stop!
