If you enjoy having hard-boiled eggs for breakfast, chances are you follow the same process of cooking them in boiling water. My issue is I can't ever properly time when the eggs are ready and they usually either end up undercooked or overcooked. The other problem is when it comes to peeling the shell off the egg itself.
That becomes a job in itself sometimes if you don't cook them long enough. However your egg peeling problems may be over because of this new trick!

I add baking soda to the water when I boil eggs because it is supposed to make the peeling process easier. However after seeing this cooking hack, I found a new solution. Not only is it easier to peel it, but you won't have that extra egg shell residue left behind.
Once you have boiled the eggs, all you need is a knife and a spoon. The video explains that the best way to get the egg out is by cutting lengthwise and then scooping out each half from the shell with a spoon. Duh! Why didn't I think of that in the first place?
It makes me wonder what other foods we prepare thay can have an easier and less messy clean up process. For the time being check out the video below and let it transform the way you normally handle hard boiled eggs.
