I'm not a big fan of pork, but when is about grilling and glazing, I succumb to the temptation! Take a look at these boneless pork chops. They are seasoned with salt and pepper, and once grilled, the chops are brushed with a teriyaki glaze. Then, you put them back on the grill so the glaze sticks to the meat.

You can serve these pork chops with white rice and a green salad and have the perfect balanced meal. We grilled them last Saturday and have them with grilled corn on the cob and a Caesar salad and trust me: even the picky eaters loved the. I hope you like my recipe.
Boneless grilled pork chops with teriyaki glaze
Yield 4 servings
Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
½ cup teriyaki glaze
Directions
Season the pork chops, on both sides, with salt and pepper.
Grill the pork chops for 4-5 minutes each side. The grilling time will depend on the heat of your grill. To know when the meat is done, a good idea is to check with a meat thermometer. The inside temperature of the meat should be 160˚F.
While in the grill, brush the chops with the teriyaki glaze, flip them and cook them for 1 minute. Glaze the other side and cook for 1 minute.
