I can't WAIT for Christmas! I think, at this point, I can actually feel the anticipation from the tip of my nose all the way down to my toes. It's a warming, tingly feeling that has me obsessively decorating the house, shopping all the time and, of course, cooking up a storm whenever I'm home for more than five minutes.

The special thing about this year is that I'm actually looking forward to making some of these 10 traditional Latin desserts to celebrate Christmas with my family.
