When it comes to beauty or body image, women are WAY too darn hard on themselves. The latest body hang-up is so ridiculous I can barely accept this is even a thing. It's called the "arm vagina" and it refers to the slight fold of skin that's created once your arm touches your body. If it sounds familiar, it's because "arm vagina" is actually your armpit. Yup, that's the kind of world we're living in today.

If you're wondering where this ridiculous body complex derived from, blame the celebrities. Jennifer Lawrence complained about her "arm vagina" problems years ago.
"I know I have armpit fat, it's okay … it's armpit vaginas," Jennifer said at the SAG Awards back in 2014.
I don't know about you, but I have enough on my plate to have to worry about armpit fat. Seriously, who has time for that?
Here's a look at some of the weirdest body terms out there that we need to stop following!
Arm vaginas make absolutely no sense.
It's basically just your armpits and what's so wrong with armpits?
Thigh brows shouldn't even be a thing.
Not sure what thigh brows are? It’s the small roll of skin that forms above a thigh when a woman sits or kneels. And while it might be a lot more body-positive than the thigh gap, it’s ridiculous to have a term for it nonetheless.
Thigh gap is harmful to women.
Probably one of the craziest, most dangerous body terms out there, the thigh gap refers to the clear space between two skinny thighs that don’t touch. The problem with this trend is that it depends very much on your body shape, making it unattainable for a lot of women.
Buffalo hump is just offensive.
You’re not going to believe this, but the buffalo hump is basically the fat that gathers behind your neck from weight gain. How mean is this?
The term muffin top is upsetting.
This is probably the most heard of body term out there. It refers to the belly fat that hangs over low-waist jeans. Can we stop calling it this though?
The term bat wings is straight up rude.
We really need to stop calling arm fat, bat wings. It’s just not right.
Love handles isn't the meanest term.
But it basically equals chichos, so just stop.
Thunder thighs gives women complexes.
Thunder thighs mean thick legs. But isn’t that a good thing? Why can't we just call them magnificient thighs?
Ab crack is too much.
It’s the lines that divide the center of your stomach that basically prove you’re toned AF. I can't with this one.
The Paper challenge is absurd.
This is by far one of the most idiotic body trends out there. The challenge originated in Asia, consists of women posing with a piece of paper over their waists to prove their thinness based on whether or not the paper conceals their entire midsection. I told you it was idiotic.
