Onion
The high sulfur content found in this staple vegetable provides skin benefits related to lifting pesky age spots. Simply grab a sliced onion and rub directly to the skin area three times a day or grate half an onion and create a paste with a tablespoon of honey. Rub the mask on the age spots, leave for 10 minutes and rinse.
Papaya
The tropical fruit is rich in anti-oxidants and vitamin A, which can free the skin of age spots. Grating or blending the fruit into a paste and applying directly to the skin daily is the best way to go. Just make sure to leave the mixture on the skin spots for 10 minutes or more before washing off.
Watermelon
