Onion

The high sulfur content found in this staple vegetable provides skin benefits related to lifting pesky age spots. Simply grab a sliced onion and rub directly to the skin area three times a day or grate half an onion and create a paste with a tablespoon of honey. Rub the mask on the age spots, leave for 10 minutes and rinse.
