If you observe before and after photos of Kim Kardashian, it's almost impossible to believe that she hasn't had some sort of work done to her face. Mrs. West pretends to be open about her cosmetic procedures and has copped to getting Botox, but I've always suspected that her list is a bit longer than that. I mean, anyone who gets a vampire facial is also probably willing to go under the knife. Bueno, Kim recently revealed her true secret to her perfect little nose and her confession is pretty shocking. Is she trying to fool us?

North's mom posted this selfie with the caption, "Kontour! Not finished with my makeup yet but wanted to share a pic of some contouring makeup tricks!" Each line and shade is drawn on so meticulously that I wonder how long it takes to put a full face of makeup on! It seems like in the earlier days Kim probably just did her makeup herself and didn't get the lesson on contouring until a few years ago.
What I love about her image is that we can take a few tips from her contouring skills too. If you notice, she has the shaded areas on the side go all the way up to her eyebrows. It seems dramatic, but this is what helps give the illusion of a perfectly slim nose. Then she has the highlighter going down the center and the tip of her nose is left natural. I don't think most people have the time to spend contouring their face, but if you have time to kill why not give it a try?
If it leaves us all looking and feeling beautiful then it's worth a shot in my book.
