Your sleep position

Sleeping on your side or your stomach may feel great, but think about how your face hits the pillow. Most of the time the skin is stretched or pushed down, which in the long-run could cause more wrinkles and sagging of the tissues.

Putting hands on face

Think about how many times you touch your face in a day! Resting your hand on your face tends to pull the skin and messes with the elasticity.

Not removing your makeup

The sun is the number one cause of premature aging in the skin. Make sure to avoid sunburns if you want your skin free from wrinkles and dark spots. A recent study conducted by the Cancer Foundation, found that wearing sunscreen significantly reduces the development of facial wrinkles.

Drinking too much

We all love our vino here and there, but drinking excessively dehydrates your skin. The lack of moisture helps wrinkles to develop easier on the face. Remember drinking water will do more good for wrinkles than wine.
