I'm pretty lazy when it comes to self-examining my boobs every month. But apparently now there's a much more fun way to prevent breast cancer. Ready for it? Just squeeze your tetas, like as often as you can. I'm so serious! According to a study done at University of California at Berkeley, squeezing breast tissue can actually stop cancerous cells from growing. Isn't this great news? Especially for all the men out there who like to touch boobs!

So how does squeezing your boobs help prevent cancer exactly? Well according to the study, regular squeezes help move the breast cells back into alignment. This helps create a normal growth pattern. When cells grow abnormally or in an uncontrolled way that's when your chances of cancer increase.
Don't get me wrong, you should still be doing breast self-exams, as annoying as they are. The boob squeezing is an additional step. And if you don't like showing your boobs some loving, I'm sure there's a guy out there who will! Who knew foreplay could be so healthy?
Funny thing is, squeezing isn't the only thing you should be doing to your breasts these days. Here are 5 boob moves that can save your life!
Drink coffee: I gave up coffee about a year ago for health reasons. But I'm actually considering going back to my morning brew after hearing how good it is for my boobs. A Swedish study found that coffee can actually reduce a woman's chance of developing breast cancer by drinking at least three cups of coffee a day. Now where's my cafecito?
Work out: Apparently exercising at least 45 minutes to an hour five days a week works not only to boost immune system function but it also lowers levels of estrogen and insulin which may lower your chances of developing breast cancer.
Breastfeed: Pregnancy might take a toll on your boobs but breastfeeding can help them look nicer. Trust me, I'm not making this up. A study published in the Aesthetic Surgery Journal found that breastfeeding makes a woman's breasts age better.
Moisturize: The same way your face needs moisture, so do you boobs. Body oils work even better than most lotions. Try Bio Oil ($15). It keeps skin hydrated and even prevents stretch marks.
Get a boob massage: Want to amp things up in the bedroom? Ask your hubby for a boob massage. Slow kneading and stroking (using mild to moderate pressure) won't just turn you on but will also help them maintain shape, flush out toxins, strength muscle tissue and even break up benign cysts. Okay, so who's giving me a boob massage?
