As an eye cream: The woman I met during my Bahamas vacation swears by petroleum jelly when in comes to eye circles and puffiness. She's used eye creams before and claims she never saw results until she switched over to petroleum jelly. Before she hits the sack she softly pats it around her eye area and then massages it into her skin gently. By morning her eyes are fresh and wide-awake!
As a night cream: I have a tía who's in her late 50s and doesn't look a day older than 35. That's because since her early 30s she's been applying petroleum jelly as a night cream before bed. It leaves her skin super soft and supple. I don't recommend this if you have oily or acne-prone skin. I tried this once and woke up with three pimples the next morning.
