Ricky Martin may have moved on with Jwan Yosef, but way back when the Puerto Rican star was still in the closet, he dated Rebecca de Alba in the 90s and early 2000s. The former Mexican model is opening up about a little dark secret. During their relationship, the now 52-year-old beauty got pregnant and miscarried Martin's baby. Her reaction is not what I expected.

De Alba and Martin dated for 14 years. While the couple didn't get engaged, the relationship was pretty serious.
In a recent interview with, Historias engarzadas, she said:
Yes, we had a loss. We were going to be parents, but it didn't happen and it's not a tradegy or something terrible–the world didn't end. That's why when people attack our relationship you can't imagine how painful it is to lose a little person.
Wow! I'm glad that she was able to move on from the experience. In his 2010 memoir, Me, Martin revealed that he only had two relationships with women in the past. He also writes that he dated a television host who was "the perfect woman." Although he doesn't write her name, it's pretty clear that he was referring to De Alba.
Maybe they didn't work out as a couple, but there was love there.
