I love scary stories–and we have plenty in America, most of them related to some horrible or historical events. If you are like me, get ready to be excited: Here are the eight of the most haunted cities and towns in the country. Some of them even have ghost tours and cool memorabilia. Charleston, South Carolina

This historic town has many haunted landmarks and ghost sightings. From a bed and breakfast that houses a dead little boy who was a slave to a ghost of a grieving mother who can be seen over her infant's grave. It's their own version of La Llorona.

St. Augustine, Florida

Being the oldest town in America, St. Augustine has witnessed a lot of history. No wonder is called the ghost capital of America. Its residents swear they've seen ghosts at the Castillo de San Marcos, where the light in a watchtower goes on and off on a stormy night and have also spotted girls in white gowns in Lighthouse Park.

Gettysburg, Pennsylvania

It was built in D.C. because of George Washington's suggestion. Visitors have reported screaming, weird forces and entities on the spiral staircase.
