Parents feed newborn vodka by accident + 10 mistakes we all make that put our kids in danger

This is possibly one of the most dangerous parenting fails ever. A Wisconsin couple mistakenly mixed two shots of vodka into their 6-week-old baby girl's formula. The newborn was rushed to the hospital and diagnosed with an alcohol level of 0.294, three times above the legal driving limit. Investigators believe that the vodka-mixed formula was an honest mistake the parents made. The baby's mom left a container with water on the counter and exited the room. Later, the dad came and added vodka to the bottle. Once the mom returned, she thought the liquid was still water and mixed in formula. The parents are lucky to still have custody, if you ask me!

Leaving hazardous waste at arm's reach
