Just a couple of months after Biggest Loser winner Rachel Frederickson shocked the world with her dramatic 155-pound weight loss on the show, the 24-year-old woman recently confirmed that she's gained about 20 pounds back–and she couldn't be happier about it.
Frederickson's big reveal on the finale stirred up a ton of controversy, with many taking to social media to proclaim her too skinny. Now, she says she's finally been able to find a happy medium … and I have to say, she looks absolutely fantastic! Check out the results after the jump.

After winning the competition with a super strict diet and intense, often hours-long workouts, Frederickson has reportedly relaxed her routine a little. She still works out most days, but only for an hour and allows herself slightly more leniency with her calorie-counting. "I've gone up about 20 pounds," the now-125-pound voice-over artist recently told Us Weekly. "I think I'm at my perfect weight!"
I admit, I was left just as stunned as everyone else when I first saw the downright shocking difference in Frederickson during the finale. She had reportedly lost 60 percent of her body weight and while I applauded (and still do) all of her hard work at the time, she also seemed too thin, almost to the point of frail. I hoped that she was just overcompensating in order to allow herself to gain some of the weight back–and thankfully, that is the case!
Now that she's relaxed her routine a little and put on a few pounds, she looks amazing–not just fit and slim, but also (and most importantly) strong and happy. I'm so glad she was finally able to find the right balance and get to this healthy place after all of her efforts. Her work, determinaton, and patience has clearly paid off!
