3 Easy & practical things Kim Kardashian does to banish dark circles

__
Kim Kardashian__ is 36 years old and hasn't aged a bit. Why is that? Well, we have no way of knowing if she's gotten cosmetic treatments like fillers or Botox done. She's not going to admit it. But she has been pretty open about her very dedicated skincare regimen which actually does count for a lot. She recently shared all her tips and tricks on her app and they are lot easier to replicate than you'd think.

Kim might look perfectly flawless every time we see her, but she insists that she's had to work hard to fight the signs of aging. "I've always struggled with dark under-eye circles," she wrote. "As I've gotten older, I have to make sure to get enough sleep, practice a good skincare routine, stay out of the sun and stay hydrated to combat puffiness and discoloration."

She does a number of things to combat this as well as other pesky signs of aging. Naturally, she starts with good sleep but not just any good ol' sleep. Kim's derm recommends that she sleep on her back, to avoid her face from folding into the pillow and straining the skin around her eyes.

Her derm also suggests low alcohol intake, which would explain why Kim hardly drinks.

"Puffy eyelids can also contribute to a less-than-youthful appearance. In order to combat puffiness, make sure that you are adequately hydrated. This means tracking your salt and alcohol intake, as these substances cause water retention and swelling. For every alcoholic beverage you consume, drink a glass of water alongside it. Always make sure to have plenty of water throughout the day to avoid dehydration,"Dr. Lancer says.

Lastly, Kim protects her skin from the sun like it's her job but she also rocks sunglasses. "One of the easiest things you can do to prevent the appearance of crow's feet and dark circles under your eyes is to invest in sunglasses. Even when you least expect it, the sun can come out from behind the clouds and cause you to squint, so having a pair of sunglasses on hand will prevent you from being exposed to the sun's blinding rays," her doctor adds.

I couldn't think of a better excuse to go get myself a new pair of shades than to prevent dark circles and fine lines. That would explain why we always see Kim rocking sunglasses, even in the winter months. While I'm sure there's WAY more that goes into her anti-aging regimen, you best believe I'm going to be starting with these three tips!
