Kourtney Kardashian has mastered her revenge body–and that includes an amazing derrière. Since splitting from her baby daddy Scott Disick last year, the mother-of-three has been working out daily and it has clearly paid off. She recently revealed the booty exercises she does to get it tight and right.

Kourtney may arguably have the best Kardashian booty in Calabasas. The 37-year-old reality star isn't drinking a miracle juice to get her toned figure. She's working out HARD.

The Kardashian sister enlisted trainer Don Brooks, who came up with the Don-A-Matrix method, to get her back in shape after giving birth to her son Reign in 2014. "The method challenges the cardio and muscular endurance system to tone and sculpt the body while burning fat," the trainer told E!

Kourt also sticks to good old-fashioned squats and the StairMaster. For our own daily routines, we can try starting out with 15 squats a day and work on taking the stairs. A girl can try…
