Jennifer Lopez sticks to what works–especially in the beauty department. The 46-year-old Boricua star was spotted attending the CAA Oscar afterparty paying homage to her Versace Grammy look from back in 2000. She actually looks younger now than she did back then! We have the evidence to prove it.

From the honey highlights to the half-up, half-down hairstyle, J.Lo was giving us major flashbacks to her Jenny from the Block days. I have to say, I missed Lopez at the Oscars red carpet, but I'll take a snapshot of how she glammed it up for the after party. Comparing her looks side by side, you can see that 16 years later, J.Lo actually looks younger than she did during her P. Diddy dating days.
Seriously, how does she do it? Most likely Lopez used a perfecting photo app on her phone, but if she really has no filter on this than she deserves a bow. One thing is for sure, she doesn't stray from looks that work and her hairstylist Lorenzo Martin knows what he's doing.
She's definitely inspiring me to moisturize more and rock my hair in this simple and casual style. We may not look like J.Lo, but we can certainly try to kick up our inner ageless diva from time to time!
