As Kylie Jenner's social media silence continues in the wake of the tragedy at Travis Scott's Astroworld Festival, a source has reported that the Kylie Cosmetics beauty mogul returned to Los Angeles and has been hiding out with family out of concern for the safety of herself and her and Travis' daughter, Stormi.

Kylie and Travis reportedly hunkered down at his Houston home immediately following the disastrous Astroworld Festival, but that home has now been surrounded by protesters and is being guarded by security 24 hours a day. However, the couple managed to quietly return to Los Angeles, where they both have homes, and are figuring out their next move, as the repercussions for their handling of the situation pile up.
They did not return to Kylie's home in LA.
Rather than returning to Kylie's Los Angeles mansion, Kylie has reportedly been staying at different family members' homes. "Kylie wants to keep her and Stormi out of the spotlight at the minute and is completely avoiding her main compound, she's mostly been staying with family," a source told The Sun.
She and Travis are taking 'time to process.'
"It's a really difficult time for her, especially being pregnant, and she just wants time to process what happened at Astroworld and privately support Travis who is extremely upset," the source said.
They reportedly left Houston at night.
"Kylie and her team waited until it was late and left the house in blacked out cars heading for the airport, they didn't want anyone to see them," the source told The Sun. "They had no idea of what truly happened until much later on, and they are heartbroken over the situation," another source said.
They're claiming ignorance.
"They found out after the show on Friday that people had died, but they were initially told it was someone injecting drugs and that a number of people went into cardiac arrest in the same spot," a source told The Sun.
Regardless, the backlash has been intense.
Despite the fact that Kylie and Travis reportedly were not aware of how serious the situation was until after the fact, they've received a ton of backlash from fans, and now they may be losing major gigs because of it, too. Page Six is reporting that W Magazine is desperately trying to stop shipments of its upcoming issue, which features Travis and Kylie on the cover.
Some fans aren't buying it.
Some fans don't believe that Kylie and Travis weren't fully aware of the situation, and there have been tons of calls on social media to cancel them both, including boycotting Kylie Cosmetics and prompting the hashtag #cancelkylieandtravis.
