The 38-year-old mother of three has been getting mom-shamed for recent photos she shared on their family trip to Nantucket. Kourtney shared images of her sons Mason and Penelope kissing on the lips and people are going nuts!

One of the pics shows her 7-year-old son and 5-year-old daughter kissing on the lips. "Oh hell no. Why in the [bleep] would I want my children kissing each other?" The comments got pretty ugly, but I'm not sure what's the issue here.
"Everyone freaking out about this needs to seriously get over themselves, they are CHILDREN. it's cute," someone else wrote. That's the way to be. It shouldn't be a bullying situation over how kids want to show affection.
They're kids! Besides, Kourtney has way bigger fish to fry–like how her ex is partying with Bella Thorne.
