Staying healthy during your pregnancy takes priority over all else. Sometimes, it's hard to keep track of your health and all of the to do's while pregnant. You know, pregnancy brain is real. Here are easy tips to help you stay healthy for yourself and your little one.

Exercising for 30 minutes a couple of times a week will keep you physically and mentally ready for labor.
"Typically, the first rule of thumb is if you were physically active before you were pregnant, it is likely safe to remain active during pregnancy," states the American Pregnancy Association.
Take care of your swollen feet.
There's no avoiding it–your feet will swell up during pregnancy. Tend to your feet with a massage. Enlist your partner or invest in a massage ball. It'll aid the discomfort, especially during the third trimester.
Go for a prenatal massage.
Give yourself some TLC during this time. Prenatal massages are an extra cost, but so, so worth it.
You can eat fish while pregnant.
Doctors often tell you to stay away from fish with high mercury, but that doesn't mean to cut it out of your diet altogether. Fish provides natual DHA, which will benefit your baby's brain growth. Go for salmon, trout, anchovies or herring.
Eat lots of fruit.
Fruits contain vitamin C and folic acid, which helps the healthy development of your unborn baby. Fruits also prevent fetal growth defects.
Stay hydrated and drinks lots of water.
Ten cups of water a day is the recommended amount. It'll prevent early labor and help with nausea.
Make time to visit the dentist.
Your gums are more sensitive than usual while pregnant. Gingivitis is also common during this time. Try a salt water rinse to make sure your gums stay healthy.
Slow down and get some rest.
Everyone always shares this tip with a pregnant person, but it's true. A nap will sharpen your memory and keep you feeling great while expecting.
Don't eat for two.
This won't make your baby healthier. Instead, it'll cause excessive weight gain, which can cause complications during pregnancy.
Take prenatal vitamins.
Prenatal vitamins contain more folic acid and iron than your average vitamins. They're especially important to take during the first and second trimesters.
