A new breathing exercise known as belly pumping allows you to suck in your belly so deep that your pregnancy bump practically disappears. This looks pretty damn cool in action.

In the video, you see the baby bump disappear, which means the baby is getting moved into the mom's rib cage. Cool stuff! The breathing exercise is known as The Bloom Method, which was created by a birthing specialist based in Colorado.
The founder, Brooke Cates, claims that the exercise has many health benefits for pregnant women, including reducing pelvic and lower back pain. It also helps you learn how to push during labor. We can use all the help we can get with that one!
The whole idea is that your abdominal muscles stay strong. Your core is the most important area to focus on while pregnant and going into labor. While I was expecting, I was a huge fan of prenatal yoga for this very reason.
