Fitness guru Inger Houghton experienced pregnancy and post-partum like a champ–literally. The 31-year-old mom, based in Dubai, weight lifted during pregnancy and managed to lose 24 pounds just 11 days after welcoming her bundle of joy. That's insanity! You have to see what her body looks like now.

The trainer, who is also a co-owner of a health center, managed to do pull-ups with weights while pregnant. I was massively pregnant just 4 months ago and there's no way that I would have done squats and lifts like these! The most I did was prenatal yoga and most of the time just taking the train to work felt like enough physical activity for the day.
Since giving birth to her baby in December, Houghton has already lost nearly 30 pounds. "I was prepared to gain weight, as this is an important part of lots of pregnancies, but I wanted to maintain as much muscle mass as possible," she explained to People. She also confessed that she ate a lot of chocolate and still lost weight. Now isn't that sweet?!
I guess being a gym rat has its benefits.
