Our newsfeeds are often flooded with beautiful baby photos and daily inspiring messages, which make us feel like part of a virtual extended family. The superhero mom: This woman manages to balance it all! From a fulltime career to taking the kids to karate class and still having time to make a home cooked meal. She does it all while posting beautiful photos of her and the kids. How does she manage to look like she has slept eight hours?! One will never know.
The chismosa mom: This mom is scanning everyone's Facebook pages to catch the latest chisme. You don't even have to live in the same zip code, but somehow she will find out who you are dating and why you're posting sad quotes on your page. To make it even worse, she makes sure to dial all of your relatives to give a full gossip report. ¡Ay! When you ask her how she found out the 411, she sharply replies with a smile, "Facebook!"
The #NoFilter mom: She says it like she means it and doesn't care who reads it! This mom will make sure to let you know when her back hurts or her boss has ruined her day all while posting a sad looking selfie. She often posts acronyms like FML or SMH. Basically, she is long overdue for a weekend getaway or stayacation without the kids, her husband or whoever is annoying the crap out of her that day.
The bragger mom: We all know this one very well. The mom who brags about every small accomplishment their kid has made. You know exactly what the kid's GPA is and how awesome they are at their hobbies and life in general. She's proud and wants all of her friends to like her statuses or else she will think you're hating on her and her kid/s.
The sleep deprived mom: This mom is always talking about "how hard" motherhood is. She makes sure to update friends about what time she woke up and how she hasn't had a nap since the baby was born. Basically, what every mom has to go through. This mom is just a drama queen about it. Someone please give her a hug! A poke just won't be enough.
