It seems like every time I turn around, there's a new app created specifically for children learning a second language, which is music to my ears! Not too long ago, I could barely find any of these available and now there seem to be so many that it's hard to decide what's good and what's not.

This is the perfect app for kids that are learning how to read in Spanish. I wish this had been available when my daughter was ready to start learning, but now I can use it with my son.

Rosetta Stone Kids

This is the first time renowned language learning system Rosetta Stone ventures into the children realm. I think the best part of this app is that it uses the same voice-recognition technology that the adult programs rely on. So your kids will get to practice their verbal Spanish.

This is a great little app for older kids, especially those who don't love to read as much! Most of the comics are in English, but I was surprised by the amount available in Spanish.
