Woodinville, Washington mom Anna Boyle__ takes the cake for terrible mother of the year award. Boyle, 28, and her 27-year-old fiancé Aaron Johnson were arrested after police pulled her over on a Washington State highway for speeding and carrying a slew of drugs. Cops found methamphetamine, heroin, prescription pills, and the car even smelled like marijuana. The next discovery was far worse: Boyle's three small children and the family dog were in the trunk!
According to the New York Daily News, Boyle's excuse was that her children, ages 8, 7 and 5, had crawled through the backseat into the trunk. Police were skeptical since the backseat was covered with bags, a guitar, and a snowboard making it nearly impossible for there to be room for them to sit. To make matters worse the children told cops they hadn't been fed since the night before!
Seriously, can incompetent parents please stop procreating? Boyle should have had her kids taken away a LONG time ago. If she and her fiancé (what a great catch…Not!) were caught driving under the influence of drugs, who knows how many other times she may have done the same.

Although Boyle and Johnson were hit with drug charges, the LA Times states that it is still unclear if they will be charged for child endangerment as well. I'd say not feeding your kids and having them ride in the trunk of your car does qualify as neglect.
The government needs to do a better job cracking down on these negligent parents, because the amount of bad parenting going on is absurd. These poor children have to grow up traumatized with damage caused by their mother's terrible treatment and no amount of therapy can completely fix that. I hope Boyle's kids get handed over to a family who will love them properly and that she and her fiancé get what they deserve.
