And the award for overlooking past wrongs in an effort to co-parent successfully goes to Khloé Kardashian. Seriously, someone give this woman an award for doing her darndest to make sure that her two kids True and Tatum Thompson get to spend time with their father NBA player Tristan Thompson. Case in point: On May 13, she took them to see Tristan play in person for the first time ever and she sat with them and cheered the man on like he hasn’t wronged her time and time again.

That man has done Khloé dirty so many times that if they didn’t have two kids together, I imagine she would have power washed and scrubbed him out of her life a long time ago. But, for the sake of their kids, she remains cordial and downright supportive of the NBA player. Also, she doesn’t do the bare minimum in terms of visitation rights and all. Monday night basketball game.
As part of the Cleveland Cavaliers, Tristan had a game on Monday night at the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland, Ohio. Khloé took advantage of the opportunity to take their kids—6-year-old True and 21-month-old Tatum—to see their dad play for the first time ever.
Why would Khloé take the kids to her ex’s game?
You don’t even have to keep up with the Kardashians to know that Khloé and Tristan have a tumultuous past. Tumultuous because Tristan cheated on her multiple times. So, why would Khloé go out of her way to attend one of his games with kids in tow? According to TMZ, True has been wanting to go to one of her dad’s games.
Khloé dressed casually for the event.
She wore an oversized leather hoodie jacket, a white T-shirt, and leather pants. She accessorized her look by carrying her adorable son on her hip as she climbed stairs to get to their seats.
She also brought along Kim’s son, Saint.
Saint was seen walking along with his auntie and cousins before the game as well. He wore a number 13 jersey to support his uncle Tristan. Even though this was True and Tatum’s first in-person NBA game, Saint is no stranger to attending live sporting events.
Did Tristan’s team win?
Nope. They did not. It’s kind of a great teachable moment for the kids, though. It shows them that you don’t always win and that’s OK. You still keep training and stay ready for the next time you get a chance to play.
