I once felt a drastic change in my energy level when I entered my house. It was the kind of thing that had no real explanation. There was just no reason for me to feel depressed–at all! Before I entered house I felt fine and happy, but once I came in, the change in me was palpable. It was just so strange, I can't eve tell you what it was about the house that just made me feel not right.

Your sensory experiences are not normal.
Maybe you smell fresh flowers or roses; or, on the contrary, you smell rot. You might also see white or black shadows from the corner of your eye. Another sign is that the temperature in your home increases or decreases drastically and you can't explain why.
Ghosts and spirits can stamp themselves into physical objects, leaving behind an imprint of their image.
You'll notice the darkening of walls, ceilings or floors. You might even notice stains on your walls that look like faces. These can also appear in other objects, mirrors or photos.
Your house might also deteriorate in ways that are abnormal.
You might experience a breakdown of your electric setup such as a power outage. Your faucets might start leaking or releasing dirty water. Walls in your house might also show signs of mold or you might experience leaks coming from your roof. Even your garden's plants might start to die off.
You might notice that objects move in a way that's strange.
Objects might move from one location to another, disappear, float or be thrown violently. Lights or electronics might also turn on and off without explanation. You might even hear voices that sound far away on your phone.
Your family might experience a change in energy levels and might excessively bicker with each other.
On top of the arguing, household members might be tired in the home. They might even feel like someone is watching them, experience bad headaches, fevers, tripping, nightmares or insomnia.
People may experience paranormal events only in the house.
Seeing and hearing things, weird sensations and pains can be experienced by members of your home. These symptoms are only felt inside the home and once you step out, the feelings go away.

It's not just merely being sad. It's also feeling a loss of control over your own body or feeling like something is physically weighing you down. There's also a phenomenon where you feel a body on your chest while you're in a groggy state.
Things happened in your house or the land plot in the past.
The bad energy you're feeling could be due to events such as a suicide or a murder–and these could be why you're experiencing paranormal activity. Even if it didn't happen in the actual house, it could have happened on the land your house is on.
