#BadHombres & #NastyWoman: Third presidential debate hit some bad notes

The nicest part of the last Presidential debate between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump was the Mexican party at the end of it and the poignant but hilarious reaction in Twitter to the outrageous phrases that came out of the Republican candidate's mouth. The worst? Mr. Trump's refusal to commit to a peaceful end of this election. Let me tell you all about it.

First, Donald Trump met with a wall...

But it was a wall of taco trucks! The Culinary Union of Nevada, which represents about 57,000 workers who are employed at hotels and casinos along the strip and in downtown Las Vegas, organized the protest in front of the Trump Hotel on the strip. It was in support of the workers in the Trump facility who are in the middle of contract negotiations.

If you thought that Bill Clinton's accusers were a weird choice for debate guests....

For the third debate, Trump's guest of honor was Malik Obama, President Barack Obama's half brother, who criticizes Hillary Clinton's job as a secretary of State because the U.S. helped depose his friend, Libia dictator Muammar Gadaffi. I'm still scratching my head about this one….

After calling us rapists and dangerous criminals repeatedly, he used a word in Spanish for the first time in his campaign to insult us once again.

"There are some bad hombres out there", he said when talking about immigration reform. I must admit I gasped, but I'm sure his advisors had a worse reaction. Why would he do that? Thankfully, our friends in the Internet saved the day being both outraged and funny.

Luckily, the Internet has a glorious sense of humor.

Maybe he meant to say it was a bad ombré, regarding the coloring hair style, or maybe bad hambre….What do you think?

#NastyWoman came next.

Well, in his defense, she was threatening with increasing his "zero" taxes. But, seriously now, how could he have said something like that when he is supposed to be attracting the female vote? And, how can he expect us to believe him when he says nobody respects women more than him?

The differences in their expressions said it all.

It wasn't a good night for Donald Trump, but I have the feeling that it was an even worse night for our democracy. Take a look at his most shocking exchange.

This was a very scary moment.

As somebody with the honor to have been allowed to become an American citizen, this is beyond the pale. If there is something the world admires about the United States is its democracy. How somebody running for president can undermine the system like this is beyond me!

Obviously, he feels strongly about this. El Charro de Huentitlán came out of retirement to sing a corrido for Hillary Clinton and traveled from Guadalajara to Las Vegas, Nevada, to support the Democratic candidate. After the debate, Hillary Clinton went to hang out with him and it was epic. The video of the moment they met is moving.

Los Tigres del Norte were there too.

The banda de todas las bandas has been supporting Clinton for several months now. They showed up at one of her events in Arizona and have been very vocal about why Latinos, particularly Mexicans, should vote for her.

Here they are together at the Mexican party near the debate. Around 10,000 people were in the place. Obviously, that was way more fun than hanging out with Trump.

Are you ready to vote?

It may seem like one vote won't change anything, but that's wrong. Al Gore lost the 2000 election by 537 votes in Florida. So go out and vote, please. Remember that there are many things at stake, starting with who our children see as a role model, following with our right to chose what happens to our bodies, who can buy guns, and what happens with our undocumented brothers and sisters and many, many more topics including the environment.

#Mamátuvotocuenta. Your vote counts… a lot!
