Maybe 90 minutes of debate between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump will not be enough to clear up all doubts you have about the platforms and plans of each of the candidates this election year. Between accusations and promises, only time will tell which will be the results of these presidential elections and how they'll benefit–or hurt us–in the long run. Taking the first step to exercising this right as citizens is essential; I'll tell you how we can do it together.

MamásLatinas has been following this election with our #MamáTuVotoCuenta initiative during the past few months. We recognize the presidential elections this November will have a huge impact on the present day of our families and the future of our kids. Our vote is one way to invest in them.
This is why we're also joining forces today with #OurVoteCounts, a collective movement that seeks to register 100,000 young people to vote. Since Latinos are one of the youngest ethnic voting groups in the country, we're talking about thousands of votes we can't afford to lose. Everyone has to register and vote!
Our Electoral College system is complex, yes, but what you and I can do is very simple: We have to register to vote today and we have to motivate our youth to register and vote on November 8 too!
Check out below a state-by-state chart with everything you need to know to register to vote right now!
