Ecuador Earthquake claims beauty queen + how you can help the victims

The devastating earthquake that struck Ecuador has killed at least 413 people, among them the gorgeous Karla Nicolle Espinoza, an aspiring beauty queen. The situation in the South American country has reached a level of desperation and here's how you can help.
