More fresh water
UNICEF has provided 20,000 water purification tablets to the city of Pedernales, one of the most affected. The UN organization for the children is raising $1 million to bring more to the heaviest affected area. To help, you can donate here.
Help to the injured people
The Ecuadorian chapter of the Red Cross has been on site since the first moments providing psychological and physical help to the injured. To donate to the Red Cross, either en Ecuador or in the United States you can do it here.

The British-based organization is giving away sanitation kits to the victims to prevent illnesses and infections. You can help by donating here.
Blankets
The American organization Global Shapers aspired to raise $50,000 to send blankets, canned food and clothes to the people left homeless by the earthquake. They have already raised over $71,000 and would like to do more. To help go here.

Catholic Relief Services is raising money to provide food and shelter to the thousands people affected by the earthquake.
