It's most women's biggest dream to get married to their love in front of friends and family, but Fragoso worried that she wouldn't live long enough to see the big day. The 31-year-old was diagnosed with cervical cancer more than two years ago, but when she gave birth to her son, Isaiah, she went into remission. Now she's been diagnosed again, but this time with colon cancer and it's been progressing aggressively. In fact, doctors have stopped treating her because the disease is so advanced. How tragic to have found the love of your life, someone who'll stick by you through thick and thin, in sickness and in health only to know that your time together will be so much shorter than most. When you vow to stay with your partner until death do you part, you don't say it knowing that death is just around the corner.

But the story is bittersweet because despite the hard circumstances surrounding this couple, they're still there for each other. Hundreds of friends, family and cancer survivors gathered at their wedding. Fragoso also has the support of her loved ones to help her battle the disease and she says that her husband helps with the cooking and children so she can rest up and focus on fighting for her life.
