5 Ways to taste better down there

I have yet to meet a woman who doesn't enjoy when her guy goes down on her. Honestly, isn't it like the best feeling in the world? With that said, the last thing you want is to feel self-conscious about how your vagina tastes while your man is giving you oral sex. While most men could care less about how a woman tastes, it doesn't hurt to take a little extra precaution to make sure things are nice and peachy down there!

Good hygiene can only take you so far. Sure, you'll smell fresh and clean, but that doesn't mean you'll taste like ice cream. So how can you amp up your vaginal flavor? It's all about your diet, girl! Think about the kind of foods that will make your breath smell funky and avoid them, like garlic, asparagus, fish and, of course, curry! Here are a few foods that are sure to make your va-jay-jay delicious and irresistible!

Pineapples: I've been hearing for years that eating pineapple can make your vaginal juices taste sweeter. Don't believe me? Then take it from Dr. Barbara Bartlik, a psychiatrist and sex therapist based in N.Y.C., who claims that the foods you eat have a direct effect on the way you smell down there. "Everything you eat has the potential to positively or negatively affect the way your bodily secretions, including sexual fluids, smell and taste," she told Glamour.com. "Alcohol, garlic, asparagus, red meat, dairy and broccoli are some of the foods that tend to cause unpleasant odors, while citrusy fruits like pineapple can actually improve (sweeten) the way we smell and taste."

Honey: Some people claim that honey can leave you tasting especially sweet down there. Trying adding a tablespoon or two of honey to your water or fruits and see if it makes a difference.

Cranberry juice: It makes sense that cranberry juice would make you taste better down there. Not only does it work as a natural antioxidant that cleanses your body, but also improves the smell of urine. So why wouldn't it work for your vagina?

Celery: Don't ask me how, but internet research shows that celery is one of the foods that can improve your taste down there. You might want to save some for your man, because apparently it makes semen taste great too!

Water: Believe it or not, drinking more water can actually improve your vaginal flavor. Keeping hydrated helps flush out and toxins or impurities that can lead to infections or smells.
