A smoothie a day can help keep the chichos away! I swear it's true. I'm speaking from experience. Despite having lost a ton of weight more than a decade ago, I still sported a little barriga and lonjas up until last year. It wasn't until I started drinking smoothies on a near daily basis that I finally started to see some real definition in my abs. I've since gone from having a little pooch to having a completely flat and taut tummy! It's really pretty incredible.
