With the holiday season now in full gear, the time for celebration has begun. You're probably going to be spending time with your friends and family at dinners and parties. And sure, the most important thing is that you have fun and enjoy their company–but of course you want to look good doing it!
Personally, I have a little black dress I like to wear to parties because it allows me to feel confident and at ease. I'm sure you have a particular dress you want to wear, too… you knkow, one that causes people to turn their heads.
However, if you've been slacking on your diet and exercise during the year, you may find that your little dress feels much tighter than you remembered! And you won't be able to enjoy yourself if you're worried about bursting at the seams.
But it's ok. It's not too late. There's still time to make it fit. Let me tell you how…
In fact, when you follow the routine I'm about to share with you, I guarantee you'll be able to fit into your special dress by New Year's Eve. It's a plan I use every time I need to lose those extra pounds fast… whether it's for a photo shoot or a big event. Whatever the occasion, it always works for me. And it will work for you!

It all begins with breakfast. It's important to start your day right and get that metabolism going. And nothing accomplishes that better than lean protein.
So for breakfast, I eat six egg whites with a ton of vegetables. The eggs provide the protein, and the veggies give you some much needed nutrients and fiber. Some veggies that go great with eggs are mushrooms, onions, peppers, spinach, and asparagus, but you can add whichever other ones you like! Then season it with some pepper and sea salt, and you have a delicious fat-blasting breakfast.
For lunch, I like to stick to lean protein again. This time, I'll enjoy some white meat… either chicken, tuna, turkey, salmon, mahi mahi, or halibut. I'll take 6 ounces of whichever meat I'm in the mood for and either grill it, broil it, or bake it.
I'll add that cooked meat to a huge bed of lettuce. Then top it off with carrots, broccoli, tomatoes, onions and mushrooms. Then add some sea salt, pepper and some white vinegar to make a delicious salad!
Between lunch and dinner, I'll usually have a healthy snack. This keeps me from overeating at dinner. Good options here are 20 raw unsalted almonds, celery with natural peanut butter, 3 slices of wedged watermelon, or a few carrots.
Then for dinner, it's lean protein again. I love grilled swordfish with lemon and garlic and steamed kale. Or some chicken grilled with asparagus, eggplant, zucchini and squash. If I'm not in the mood for chicken, steamed shrimp or halibut both go great with these veggies.
It's very important to drink a lot of water during the day to help flush out the fat. When you're dehydrated, your metabolism slows down. But when you keep your metabolism revved up, your pounds start melting off.
So follow these simple guidelines. You'll look great in your dress and in the pictures you'll have for the rest of your life. And if you know anybody else trying to slim down before the New Year, please share this with them. You'll find it much easier to stick to the plan if you have someone following along with you.
Happy holidays! ¡Felices Fiestas!
