Jenni Rivera’s mansion has a new owner & you’ll never believe who it is

According to TMZ, Jenni Rivera's home was purchased by none other than reality TV star, actor, singer and business man Nick Lachey, who will live there with wife Vanessa and children Brooklyn and Camden. Both kids are under 5 years old. I bet La Diva de la Banda would be happy to see little ones roaming around the Encino home she bought with so much love for her family. Jenni Rivera had purchased and remodeled the home in 2009. The singer only lived there three years, before dying in Mexico. Her kids stayed until it was sold a few weeks ago.

The view is incredible.

Jenni Rivera's eldest explained previously that they needed to sell the house for financial reasons. The monthly cost of mantaining the place was above $6,000. I can't imagine how much money they had to spend in taxes and utilities. However, she seemed really sad in this video, where she revealed that the house wasn't theirs anymore.

The day of the closing,the singer's second daughter wrote:

"Sometimes memories of you, sneak out of my eyes and roll down my cheeks." Today is 3 years and 6 months that I haven't heard your voice. And I stop and think, how did this time pass so fast and how am I even surviving without a piece of me. The healing part is what hurts the most. Allowing my self to cry and feel the anger and the sadness and the emptiness is the most painful part but I know I need to do it so that I can be better for my kids. But healing also makes me feel like you're slipping away. Tell me how do I hold on to you and move forward at the same time???? How do I allow me self to heal and still keep your memory fresh in my heart. I don't want to forget you as I go on with my life. Everything I do feels incompletely. Cause I know that you are supposed to be part of it. Moving into my house and having Jenavieve and Jordan and the rest of what is to come. It will all be alittle gloomy because you aren't here. Life is unfair some times. But it's still a good life none the less. I'm just grateful to God that I could call you mine. I love you momma.
Lord please help us. Don't leave us alone."

These where the words of Jenni Rivera's youngest boy before moving. He is 15 years -old, so he spent there half of his life.

"7 years… It's funny, we moved into the house June of 2009, now we're saying goodbye to it pretty much exactly 7 years later. I always knew we'd have to leave this place, especially when Momma told me that she wanted to sell it, I just never thought it'd be under these circumstances. It's hard to let go, but one of the many great lessons she taught us was not to hold onto material things. And to do what's best for us emotionally and financially. This hurts tremendously but I know letting this place go is really going to help us move forward emotionally. I'm always going to be grateful to Momma for this place. Most people will not understand. That's fine though. I've learned to not expect people to understand. A home is not a mansion, house, apartment, etc.. Home is where your heart is. Where you and your loved ones are. Thank you, Mother. For seven years of paradise. I love you."

Jenni's other two kids Mickey and Jenicka chose not to share their feelings on social media, although it's not hard to imagine how they felt when they saw La Diva de la Banda's medallion on the floor for the last time. I wonder if the Lacheys removed it.

The space is impressive…

The materials and details are exquisite–anyone would love to cook there!

It's a smaller space, but the natural light from the floor to ceiling windows makes it pretty spectacular.

Room for 12 people and a beautiful chandelier. Very luxurious!

It's a mini (well, relatively speaking) outdoor kitchen to fire up the grill and cook for family and friends. I can see Jenni spending some time out here with her family.

There's room for HUNDREDS of bottles here and I can't even imagine the number of fine wines that are stored here.

It doesn't even seem like a real place, it's more like a perfect fantasy or postcard.

Of course it wouldn't be a mansion without its own theater room, would it?

There are seven bedrooms, and this one has high ceilings and sumptous furnishings without feeling like it's overwhelming.
