Front door
This is a simple yet elegant way to decorate the entrance of your home. Purchase hay, autumn flowers and pumpkins and place them around your door. It will be inviting and beautiful!
Foyer
Nothing says, "welcome to my party" louder than a decorated entryway. You don't have to go overboard, simply choose some essentials with the colors of fall and focus on one area. Just look at this beautiful table
Stairwell
If your house has a stairwell and you don't know how to decorate it, garlands and pumpkins are all you need. This is a simple way to dress a blah stairwell and welcome your guests.
Lighting
Nothing is more elegant and festive than candlelight. There's no need to spend lots of money on pricey scented candles when you can make this at home. Simply purchase unscented pillars and cinnamon sticks. They are beautiful and your house will smell nice!
Windowsill
Most apartments have them and people usually display pictures. For your party, display candles. This project is easy to make, collect some dry leaves and get some glass jars. Buy artificial candles and you are done!
Chimney
If you have one, lucky you! If you don't, you can still create the same dramatic effect using large pillars and lanterns. Set a tray on the floor and light your pillars on it. Your guests won't be missing the real thing and you'll love they way it looks.
Platters
Don't shy away from decorating your platters too! This is a clever idea to serve your dip and vegetables. People will adore this idea and you'll be the star of the evening!
Dinner table
You don't have to go crazy and fill your table with stuff. A couple of pumpkins, a table runner, and maybe couple accents with fall colors will do the trick. Big pumpkins are great because they are easy to clear off the table before dinner.
Centerpiece
Simple is better. Acorns are abundant and they are also very cheap. Add acorns to a bowl, put a candle in it and you are done. This centerpiece is beautiful and perfect for Thanksgiving
Bathroom
Don't forget your bathroom, your guests will be visiting that room throughout the party. One or two accents in fall colors will transform your bathroom. An orange candle, orange towels and flowers will set the mood.
