Chia seeds are proud members of the Superfoods family because they are packed with Omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins and minerals that are great for the body. Two tablespoons of chia seeds contain about 11 grams of fiber, which is ideal for weight loss. Fiber is what makes you feel full and satiated and therefore you eat less. These wonderful little grains are very high in proteins and low in calories. They aid digestion and help you move your bowels. In a nutshell, Chia seeds are your weight secret weapon!
To make this dessert, you need very few ingredients and the best thing about it is that has good fridge life. It's one of those that taste better the next day when all the juices get released. I'm telling you, I'm going to be eating this dessert often and just play around with different fruits.

- 1/2 cup of frozen mango
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 2 pitted dates
- 1/4 cup of chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp. ground vanilla
- 1/2 cup of raw macadamia or walnuts (optional)
