It's not only good to lower cholesterol levels, high in fiber, low in fat, and helps reduce risk of cardiovascular disease, breast cancer and asthma, but it's also a low calorie food that helps stop cravings. Oatmeal water
1/2 cup of oatmeal
2 cups of hot water
1 dash of cinnamon
1-1/2 tablespoons of evaporated milk
honey, agave or your preferred sugar substitute, to taste
Place the oatmeal in a large mug. Add the water and let it soak for at least 5 minutes. Add evaporated milk, cinnamon and sweetener. Enjoy!
